A text post re: another poser issue has once again surfaced in this site.

The term poser is defined by Urban Dictionary in three ways.

One who pretends to be someone whose not. People pretend to be someone they are not to fit in. Aminin natin, may pagkakataon sa buhay natin na kailangan nating magkunwari upang matanggap ng mga taong nakapaligid sa atin.

One who conforms to the beliefs of others. People who fear rejection become posers by thought. They tend to act in accordance with the prevailing standards or what the society dictates.

One who attempts to blend into a specific social group.

Let us not condemn Claire for being a poser. We have unconsciously been posers of our own real identity.
